    FACETS, a nonprofit that opens doors for people who suffer the effects of poverty in Fairfax County, is hosting its annual Academic Achievement Party for children, teens and adults it serves in four low-income communities who earned A’s and B’s on their report cards and for youth who are graduating from high school—all 12 of whom are moving on to higher forms of education.
