Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Fourth District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to a Burglary One while Armed (Gun) offense that occurred on Saturday, August 24, 2019, in the 800 block of Marietta Place, Northwest.
At approximately 1:09 pm, the suspects brandished handguns and forcibly entered a residence at the listed location. Once inside, the suspects attempted to take property then fled the scene.
On Thursday, September 5, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, a 24 year-old adult male, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Burglary One while Armed (Gun).
On Tuesday, September 10, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 32 year-old Vincio Aguirre, of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Burglary One while Armed (Gun).
This case remains under investigation.
