A woman was killed early this morning in a single-car crash on the Dulles Access Road west of Route 123.

Virginia State Police say a Honda Civic was traveling west when it ran off the road and struck two trees. The impact of the crash caused the vehicle to roll over the guardrail and back into the westbound lanes of the highway. The accident happened about 2:34 a.m.

The driver, an adult female, died at the scene. She was the vehicle’s only occupant. State police are still in the process of notifying next of kin.
