MCLEAN DISTRICT STATION

SEX OFFENDER VIOLATION – 7525 Shreve Road (Shrevewood Elementary School), 5/30/19, 2:56 p.m. While trying to attend a school event with an acquaintance, a man attempted to check into the school using the automated visitor management system, the man’s name was flagged as being on the sex offender registry.  School staff denied him entry into the school and called police.  Alonso Cornejo, 27, of Vienna, was arrested and charged with entering school property after a violent sex offense conviction. He is being held at the Adult Detention Center without bond.

MALICIOUS WOUNDING – 7300 block of Little River Turnpike, 05/30/19, 10:53 p.m.  Officers responded to a scene where a man had been stabbed after a fight with two other men. The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The two suspects are described as Hispanic with a medium build.
