Assault Arrest

19-2054

9650 Main Street/Breakers Restaurant – On February 12, 2019 at approximately 3:43 PM, officers were dispatched to 9650 Main Street/Breakers Restaurant for an assault that had just occurred. As a result, Ricardo Nole Marquina Guzman, 4150 Addison Road, Fairfax, VA was charged with Misdemeanor Assault and Battery and released on his own signature.
Larceny

10702 Fairfax Blvd/Panera Restaurant – On February 14, 2019, at approximately 1:13 PM, the reporting person stated that someone stole her wallet from her purse while she was eating at Panera and immediately began using her credit cards at nearby stores. Field Operations Division is investigating.
Resisting Arrest/Assault

9908 Fairfax Blvd/PJ Skidoos Restaurant – On February 14, 2019, at approximately 11:53 PM, officers were on foot patrol near PJ Skidoos Restaurant 9908 Fairfax Blvd. A subject was causing a disturbance inside and when placed under arrest for public drunkenness began to actively resist and assault the officers. As a result, Jonathon Jeffrey Kent, 1601 Inlet Court, Reston, VA was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention center. He was charged with Resisting Arrest, Drunk in Public, and Simple Assault on Police. He was held on $1,000 secured bond.
Fraud

10810 Fairchester Drive/7 Eleven – On February 15, 2019, at approximately 12:49 PM a reporting person stated that someone had called claiming to work for the IRS. The reporting person provided the caller with information on two Google Pay cards resulting in a financial loss to the victim. Field Operations Division is investigating.
Fraud

19-2231

9700 block of Main Street – On February 15, 2019, the reporting person came to the police station to report a fraud. The reporting person had received a phone call from someone pretending to be from Dominion Energy and Power. The reporting person paid funds to the caller via Money Pak gift cards resulting in a financial loss to the victim. Field Operations Division is investigating.
Disorderly Conduct Arrest

9687 Fairfax Blvd/Fast Eddies – On February 16 at approximately 2:35 AM, officers observed a subject in the vicinity of Fast Eddies Bar that resembled a suspect in a recent theft from an ABC Store. Officers approached the individual who became irate and combative. Jordan Alexander Sutton, 10807 Cedar Avenue Fairfax, VA, was arrested and transported to the Adult Detention Center and charged with Disorderly Conduct and held on $2,000 secured bond.
Brandishing a Firearm Arrest

Layton Hall Drive/University Drive – On February 17, 2019, officers were dispatched to the area of Layton Hall Drive for a subject brandishing a firearm. Responding officers located the vehicle, subject and firearm. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Anthony Louis, 4029 Majestic Lane, Fairfax, VA for Brandishing a Firearm. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and held on a $1500 secured bond.
