Attempted Burglary

11015 Fairfax Boulevard/AT&T Store – On December 19, 2018 at approximately 1:09 AM officers were dispatched to the AT&T store for a possible burglary. When officers arrived they found that unknown person(s) attempted to gain entry into the store but were not successful. The suspects had fled the scene prior to officer’s arrival. The Field Operations Division is investigating the case.
Larceny

3800 Block of Bradwater Street – On December 18, 2018 at approximately 5:19 PM a homeowner reported that an IPhone was stolen from a package delivered to her front porch.
Embezzlement Arrest

9509 Fairfax Boulevard/Chick Fil-A – On December 17, 2018 at approximately 9:02 AM a manager reported that an employee is suspected of embezzling money from the business. After an investigation by officers a suspect was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and charged with 3 counts of Felony Embezzlement. He was released on a $12000 bond.
Credit Card Theft Arrest

9602 Main Street/Lifetime Gym– On December 18, 2018 at approximately 12:00 PM an employee contacted police in reference to a subject who may have previously stolen member’s credit cards that was currently at the business. After an investigation by officers Mr. David Casey Solomon 25, 4304 Hillyer Street Fairfax, VA was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and charged with Credit Card Theft. His bond was set at $4,500.
