Detectives in Fairfax County are trying to find the man who spray-painted swastikas on the Jewish Community Center of Northern Virginia early Saturday morning.

Their task may be easier than usual. A security camera captured the vandalism and the suspect walking away.

Police say this happened around 4:30 a.m. at the JCC at 8900 Little River Turnpike in Annandale. Staff at the center found the spray-painted swastikas around 8 a.m. No other damage was found.

Later Saturday morning Senator Tim Kane Tweeted:

“An insidious rise in hateful actions and anti-Semitism is happening in Virginia and across the country. We must meet it with fierce condemnation and an over-abundance of love and unity. We cannot allow hate to fester.’
