Criterion Systems, Inc. announced that Bob Heckman has been promoted to Chief Information Officer (CIO). The promotion is effective immediately. Heckman joined the company two years ago and served as vice president and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) as well as directing Criterion’s Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (CoE). Prior to joining the Criterion team, Heckman worked at SRA International Inc, where he served as CISO.
During his two-year tenure with Criterion Systems, Inc., Heckman has played an instrumental role in further establishing the company as a significant player in federal cybersecurity. Accomplishments include helping to build and grow Criterion’s CoE and playing an integral part in developing Criterion’s Cybersecurity Operations Maturity Model.
