Cops release photos in connection with Fair Oaks changing room incident

Fairfax County detectives want to talk to the man whose picture accompanies this story.

His image was caught on video around the time a 13-year-old girl reported that she might have been photographed inside a changing room at the Fair Oaks Mall.

It happened last Sunday, between 2 and 3 p.m., as the girl was trying on clothes at Hollister Co. The teenager has told police that she heard a noise in the stall beside hers. When she looked down she saw a cell phone that appeared to be filming her while she changed.

Detectives are calling the man in the shots a “person of interest.” They say he “may have information regarding the case.” They are not calling him a suspect at this time.
