A former Fairfax County man is in custody and facing charges in connection with the sexual assault of four women in Reston over two decades ago.

Jude Joseph David Lovchik was arrested near his home in Ocala, Florida last Wednesday. Until this past September Lovchik, 49, lived in the 7200 block of Linden Tree Lane in Springfield.

Lovchik is suspected of sexually assaulting four women in a Reston apartment back in June of 1995. Just this past August DNA evidence confirmed a lead in that case that Fairfax County detectives had been following. That evidence, as well as additional information uncovered by the detectives, led them Lovchik.

Lovchik has been charged with being a Fugitive from Justice but is also facing charges of Armed Burglary, Abduction with Intent to Defile and Sodomy charges.
