Three hurt in Burke townhouse fire

Fire investigators are looking for the cause of fire Wednesday morning that sent three people to the hospital and heavily damaged a townhouse in Burke.

The blaze broke out before 7:00 a.m. in the 10700 block of Spring Oak Court. Firefighters arrived to find flames lapping out of windows on the first floor.

Two people were flown from the fire to a burn center. Another was taken to a hospital by ambulance. There’s been no word on the extent of their injuries.
