Two Arrested in Centreville Shooting
Two men were arrested Sunday morning after a shooting in Centreville. Police said they responded to a report of a shooting at 5825 Trinity Parkway at 5:50 a.m. They found a 30-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his leg.
The victim said he met two women at a Washington D.C. club. At closing time, they agreed to go to a local restaurant. The victim and two women traveled in his 2011 Porsche. The victim got lost and took his passengers to a different location in Centreville. The women called the suspects to pick them up and take them home.
When the suspects arrived, the women moved in to the suspects’ car. The suspects allegedly shot at the Porsche, striking the victim, and fled. The victim was treated at a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Darnell L. Parker, 28 of Delaware, and Carlton N. Parker, 27 of Washington D.C., were apprehended on I66 and charged with shooting at a car.
