Four Charged In Herndon Alcohol Compliance Check
Herndon Police have charged four people with selling alcohol to a person under 21 years of age.
The charges follow a joint operation conducted on December 7 with Special Agents from the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to check the voluntary compliance of alcohol sales in the Town of Herndon.
Fifty-three establishments holding current ABC licenses were checked for compliance regarding sales to underage customers.
Charges
- Siriphab Naepchit, 25, of Fairfax was charged with selling alcohol to a person under 21 years of age, at an establishment in the 400 Block Elden Street.
- Joseph Hill, 30, of Herndon was charged with selling alcohol to a person under 21 years of age, at an establishment in the 200 Block Elden Street.
- Harpreet Sidhu, 41, female of Herndon was charged with selling alcohol to a person under 21 years of age, at an establishment in the 1100 Block Elden Street.
- Zsuzsama Maria Simonka, 29, of Ashburn was charged with selling alcohol to a person under 21 years of age, at an establishment in the 13000 Block Worldgate Drive.
